Scanning Laser Welding Machine
The coaxial ccd monitoring and positioning system is used for high-speed welding of thin sheet materials, such as copper foil, stainless steel, nickel sheet, etc. The light path moves at high speed under the control of the galvanometer, eliminating the time required to move the workpiece, which is especially suitable for mass production of electronic products, connectors and other high-volume products. Scanner and laser are directly controlled by the software, providing a dedicated laser welding software based on Windows xP platform. Welding points or graphics can be input and edited directly in its dedicated software, or edited by other software such as Aut0CAD, CoreIDRAW, or imported into DWG or PLT files. It can also be expanded to multiple outputs, time-sharing or energy-splitting to transmit the galvanometer system over long distances to existing assembly lines. Convenient online integration.
