The welding head is a specialized welding head designed for the butt joint of various pipe fittings, specifically for orbital automatic tungsten arc welding without welding wire. Prior to welding, the sealing cavity is filled with protective gas to ensure excellent protection of the weld seam. According to customer requirements, we can customize the compound fixture within the specified pipe diameter range. This fixture system can precisely position the welded parts without the need for positioning spot welding, thereby providing customers with high-efficiency and high-quality special welding guns. This machine can be used in conjunction with Tube Master200, iOrbital4000, and iOrbital5000 program-controlled welding power sources, enabling precise all-position TIG tube-to-tube welding. It features high reproducibility of welding results and ideal welding outcomes. It is mainly employed in industries such as electronics, instrumentation, pharmaceuticals, engineering installation, military, and nuclear power.
